My baby girl Journee was born on the 31st of July. She was born with seizures which led to lack of oxygen. We spent 8 days living out of the Ronald McDonald House watching our girl with tubes and test and all manner of things in the Newborn Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Obviously I had no time or desire to write.
We have had our little girl home for nearly two months. We’re not out of the woods yet, but she is doing ,much better. So much so that my muse has begun whispering in my ear again.
I will be writing again.
